When did you start?


Professionally, 10 years. But I've been cooking all my life.

Why do you do what you do?

I love restaurants because I love entertaining others. I love the energy, the inspiration, the excitement.

What is your absolute favorite meal to eat?


My father used to make a very simple dish of steamed ground pork + cured duck eggs + rice. I still crave + covet it to this day.

What is your absolute favorite meal to cook?

A tower of chilled crustaceans, followed by a beautiful steak.
