Ume de Nuit

THE BEATRICE INN | NEW YORK CITY, NY

A touch of elegance. No other way to put it. For this Friday Sip we head to The Beatrice Inn in New York City’s West Village where Owner and Chef Angie Mar is putting her decadent modern twist on classic NYC chophouse fare with serious flair. And that extends to the drink offerings, you can be sure. Her Ume de Nuit is a rich and luxurious plum and fig noted drink finished with an effervescent champagne topper. Yes, The Bea has those perfect Fall flavors in a champagne glass for you— served up with style. And we wouldn’t want it any other way.
