Riddle me this: How is it already Labor Day? Well, this much I know is true— Summer is still here so kick off your shoes and have a drink. For this installment of The Friday Sip we head to Montauk, NY where Morty's Oyster Stand is serving up Fiddlers Green. The former location of the well-loved Cyril’s, the gang at Morty’s brings their own updated twist to East Coast Summer seafood classics that are drawing rave reviews. And it’s all the better when accompanied with this refreshing mix of tequila, celery, lemon and a hint of vanilla. You heard me right. Yum! Happy food, happy drink. Happy Labor Day!
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Tromba Tequila
1 oz fresh celery juice
.5 oz vanilla simple syrup
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Soda water bottom
METHOD
Shake all ingredients except soda water. Pour soda water into the bottom of glass over ice. Pour in the shaken ingredients.
